[SJDXA] Postage increase

Okay Guys,

I get it and I understood what Bob was saying, but for someone who might 
only need international postage 2 or 3 times a year, the international 
forever stamp is easy, and I don't need to use three domestic stamps in 
a pinch (which I have done), or keep an inventory of 5c stamps that I'll 
never use all of.

I can see Steve's point if I were doing dozens or so each month.
