 Also, if you have any of the second ounce stamps..might use...they go from 21 to 15 cents value.  5x21 and 5 is 115.....

Yes, but they= International forevers cost $1.15 now and also after January 29th.

If you buy the domestic ones now, then use them for international after the 29th, and add a 5cent stamp, you will end up paying $1.05 versus $1.15.

Just a little heads up, as I understand it domestic postage rates will be raising to $.55 on January 29. International postal rates will remain $1.15.
So, if you want to pay $1.05 for international mail in the future, then buy $.50 forever postage stamps Before the 29th, and buy some five cent postage stamps as well. Then use two of the domestic forever stamps which will equal $1.10 after January 29, and add a $.05 cent stamp.
