I recommend warminster and Georgetown DE for Pete since he is in Philadelphia.  But there are others.  
Pete, if you’re thinking of one of the others on the list, we have a few guys who wander around to them and might be able to offer some impressions. I haven’t done many local ones of late.  Only Gloucester in September a few times.  It has been many years since I went to Warminster but 25 years ago it was pretty nice.
