Gerald J. McGrantham, age 73 of Lacey Township passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at his home. Gerald was born and raised in Jersey City moving to Ocean County in the 60’s. Gerald served in the U S Army. He enjoyed photography but his passion was Ham Radio where he was a member of the South Jersey DX Association. He was also a member of the Cape Atlantic Woodturners. 
Gerald was predeceased by his sister Catherine and brother Douglas. He is survived by his wife and soul mate Trina Bragg McGrantham of 19 years. One son Joseph, and four step children Barbara Britske husband Glen ,Donald Bragg wife Tracy, Raymond Bragg wife Dana and Tommy Bragg wife Erin.   He is also survived by Step Grandchildren and brother James McGrantham wife Narcy. He will be greatly missed by  Family and Friends. 
A viewing will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 9 till time of service at 11 am at Riggs Funeral Home 130 North Route 9, Forked River. Entombment will follow at Ocean County Memorial Park, Wells Mills Road, Waretown. In Lieu of Flowers the family asks for contributions to Thomas Jefferson University, 925 Chestnut St., Suite 110, Philadelphia PA 19107 in memory Mr. McGrantham designated for melanoma research or to the animal charity of your choice.
