A usually tough one from this part of the world. FYI. 

XX9 - Macau - 
Yesterday Polish DXpeditioners SP9FIH and SP2FUD visited Direcção dos 
Serviços de Regulação de Telecomunicações (DSRT), Macau's Bureau of 
Telecommications Regulations, where they picked up their XX9TIH and 
XX9TUD callsigns.  Today they were expecting inspection of their 
stations and have begun operations earlier today on RTTY on 30, 20 and 
12 meters.  They will be QRV on SSB, RTTY and possibly PSK on 7 
through 28 MHz until October 28th.  They have a website at 
http://www.xx9.dxpeditions.org
