[SJDXA] NEPAL UPDATE 2

Hello again,

The situation has been changing with the Nepal traffic nets. 
Unfortunately the 14.300 frequency has not worked out well and the NCS's
have reverted to 14.215 for Emergency and 14.205 for non-Emergency traffic.
They may try 14.300 again, so keep listening on that frequency as well.
These are DIRECTED NETS and are not intended for "routine" information and
definitely NOT for DXing or Contesting.

Although the Net Control stations have been doing a great job, they are
having to modify their operation as the situation changes.

You are again urged to avoid the above frequencies to allow them to do the
work at hand.
