[SJDXA] Emergency freq's Nepal

Hello DXers/Contesters:

There are a number of operating activities scheduled for the coming weekend.
In view of those activities, the NEPAL EMERGENCY TRAFFIC NET which has been
operating on 14.205 will be moving to 14.300 at 1400Z TODAY. A second
NON-Emergency Net has been operating on 14.215 and apparently will continue
to use that frequency.

You are asked to PLEASE avoid both of those frequencies in your operating to
allow the emergency communications to be carried out with the few stations
able to operate from Nepal.
