[SJDXA] New International postal rates

SJDXA members;

As you will see, there is no change for regular the international postal
rate to mail a normal 1 ounce airmail letter (98 cents).

However, both Canada and Mexico will now be 80 cents.

Also, rates will be changing for larger size and weights of envelopes and
packages both domestic and international.

I found this site that has a good comparison of all rates.
