We'd like to inform you that the USPSR will change First-ClassT rates on
April 17, 2011. As a result, the prices of many of our PhotoStampsR sheets
have changed.

Please see the chart below for updates to USPS First-Class rates. You'll
note that the First-Class 1-ounce letter rate will remain 44 cents. That
means there is no change in price to those sheets of PhotoStamps... our most
popular sheets!
