When packet took over 144.39 and the Indiana was using 144.40 as a talk freq. For ATV. They never asked, they just did it.

Is getting them excited about a VHF ban plan a good thing? On HF it's
almost impossible to operate CW and SSB without violating some section
of a band plan.
