By cubic volume, what percentage of NG processing and movement
goes through LA, compared to the others?

Perhaps things have changed but LA has always been considered,
in strategic security evaluations, the single major location &
critical to a major proportion of USA usage.

The industry is currently debating the construction of new
processing plants for shale, I believe in the Dakotas, as they
are concerned that the "wet" processing capacity in LA is already
maxed-out.
