Loops?

Would these be like L-brackets on each tower section that have the flats 
bolt together?  IOW the bracket on the lower section looks like an 
upside down L  while the bracket on the bottom of the upper section 
would be like an L with brackets on both sides of the legs or just one side?

It's just not registering. I'd almost have to see a drawing or photo.

My Typing is kinda awkward and very slow at the moment.  I managed to 
remove a good portion of the fingernail on the middle finger of my left 
hand this morning.

Long story short...I do not wake quickly or gracefully.  We repainted 
the den and the hallway is full of *stuff that is normally not there.
