[SixClub] 6M must be open

There are some hi power digital still on LB VHF TV ...so he could have been
watching a DTV...

Yes, LP, CA (class A/higher power LPs with bigger protection area) and
translators in analog mode are still around, but not for long.. The Class A
is highest in power...300 to 5000 W on LB IIRC..
If you are getting a lowband digital low power, then 50MHz should be open..
