Anyone here familiar with Field Day rules?

I have a few questions ...

1.  If one operates for part of the time on a generator
	in a multi-op station is there a multiplier for
	contacts made during that time or only is the
	operation is 100% generator-powered?

2.  Same question re. battery power.

3.  Has anyone used the CQRLog app?
