You rarely hear me say anything negative, let alone about a specific
company but:
Problems, Yes, but not the same.
I had a discussion with them on purchasing equipment with "share ware"
programs which turned out to be trial ware. To be fair the distinction
is becoming more and more profaned which causes a good deal of
confusion. OTOH the rep I talked to was downright rude and appeared to
care less about the distinction or that I was talking about part of my
profession.
His position about me purchasing a piece of equipment with expectations
based on advertising that was wrong, was basically, "tough". I had it,
it was mine, and they were not going to do anything about it including
not allowing me to return said item.
