[SixClub] LOUSY MFJ RESPONSE

I have a 3 element mfj 6m beam that took a fall during a summer storm and broke an REFLECTOR element. 



I wrote to MFJ at the above address and never received a reply -- today i finally got ahold of some JERK in tech support who says I not have to call the ANTENNA SHOP to get p/n and costs for the replacement parts.. of course their phone number doesn't ANSWER - 



Anybody else have these kind of problems with this company?
