you may try C.A.T.S.   They rebuild and supply repair parts for all the CDE/CDR/Hy-Gain/Telex rotors and also a few others. the plug is a "Cannon " plug. made by Cannon. they are listed in most all of the major parts catalogs. even Southern radio ( oopsy ,   i mean southern electronics should be able to get them.  anyhow, ctas can probably get you the Cannon p/n  you need.   i highly recommend them for parts and repairs.   Norms' is ridiculous.  you could send him a perfectly good rotor and he will tell you that it is beyond economical repair and that if you don't want it back, he'll keep it for parts( ( RRIIIIGGHHTTTTT!!!) If you  still want it fixed, he'll talk you into buying one from him,  for more money than the normal repair. chances are it will be your oringinal , perefctly working rootr that you sent him, witha new paint job on it!!!! Pluss, he takes too damn long also!!!
