   Once again, I am going to ask for your support, on this issue, PLEASE 
contact your ARRL reps, ASK them to press the ARRL to include VUCC in 
the LOTW System. it would save all of us a ton of money. & work.

   the ARRL is like any other political body, they move when pressured
  lets, let them know, that they need to include us in this Program
