50.125 & up..
I don't know as they will concentrate on any given frequency, but in
past years when almost zip was going on, they monitored 50.125 when
activity on other bands was heavy.
I know BVARC _KK5W_ does have an array of 2m & 6m yagi's on a single
rotor mounted about 40 - 50 ft. above ground level. Other HF
frequencies will be likely elevated higher as we have the use of a 4
story fire training building for HF antennas, in addition to the
possibility of the top of an old oil well drilling rig & several wire
antennas strung between buildings at the site...
The ECHO group at the Houston Red Cross EOC, has a 6m HO Loop mounted
on the top of a 5 story parking garage..
These two clubs are about 40 miles apart as the crow flies..
Weather prediction in the EL29 area is 40% chance of widely scattered
t-storms with mostly cloudy skies
