> There's also W1HJK's 'DigiPup' Puppy linux distro

Late last evening, long after the synapses were getting
lazy and the eyelids drooping, I did read through DigiPup.

The fl_logbook "Can import/export/merge several file formats
including ADIF, CSV. Masquerades as DXKeeper/DDE so it can
accept direct load of qso data from any program which interfaces
to DXKeeper. Tested with and developed for compliance with
MultiPsk version 3.6. Last File & Screen location saved & restored."

"Accepts ICP (interprocess communications protocol) logbook messages
generated by gMFSK and/or fldigi."

"... things logged in the digi mode program fldigi, automatically get
send to fl_logbook. Hopefully an auto eQSL upload gets implemented some
day. 73 de Richard PA3GWH"

It is unclear if it will interface with the ARRL and CQ Contest
interfaces. I believe that ARRL is Cabrillo, not sure of CQ. I am
not a contester and have no intentions of becoming one, still, it
would be nice to have a full-featured app. if possible.

I am hoping to select a lighter app but will take another look
at klog. "Harv's Ham Shack Hack" does not appear to have been
updated for quite some time.

6x the size of Puppy (depending on which Puppy you use as a
reference) may still be smaller than most distros. I don't
think that any of these will run under the just-released
Puppy 4.0 as that has been trimmed really lean.

It is interesting just to explore the options out there!
Hams are very creative people.
