I'm guessing you've checked out the Linux radio pages; their list of

There's also W1HJK's 'DigiPup' Puppy linux distro for amateur radio,

Another is klog - it does need kdelibs so might be a bit 'heavy' for
Puppy. Its part of the "Harv's Ham Shack Hack" distribution (based on
AFU-Knoppix - if you boot the Knoppix CD with lang=US it comes in
English rather than German) - which weighs in at 6 times the size of
Puppy unfortunately; but does have hamlibs
