Unfortunately, in my case I did most of the climbing and am slowly getting 
back into doing a little, but when it comes to help, most of the hams up 
here are, shall we say, not in the best of shape be it from age, helth, or 
other reasons.  There are a few of the younger ones who might be willing to 
climb, but in those cases I don't want the responsibility or liability.  So 
it looks like hiring a professional or two for the big jobs, at least for a 
while.
