Sounds like Joey needs to have a tower maintenance party..!

Most local ham clubs in the Houston area will put on a party when a 
member needs some assistance with antenna erection or maintenance & 
it is not unheard of to turn an event into a Saturday afternoon BBQ 
if enough are involved & the weather is decent..
