[SixClub] Survey Poll

Ok I am going to shut up now, My original intention was to see just how
many members use LOTW.
not to bash the ARRL. So lets stick to that. in the future all survey
questions are just to see what I can do to help the members of the club it
wasnt to start an arguement.
