 Dave,

 Jerry asked for MONTHS to get someone to run this thing he asked about a 
board of directors.
he got no serious answers, I told him as a last resort, I would run it, as I 
really didnt want to.
let me repeat that last line, I really didnt want to. did you get that ?  ON 
JANUARY 1st 2008
the MEMBERS of this CLUB can elect a board and elect a president I'll be 
more than happy to give it up. in the mean time, I am going to run it. and 
hopefully we are all going to have some fun doing it.
 I didnt want this job but I didnt want the reflector turned off either. so 
here we are. do you have any other questions?

PS since I am responsible for the bills I think I'll leave it there for now.
there was 20.00 in the bank for this club when I took over, I want to buy 
GOOD prizes for the contest to get people involved any one have a complaint 
about that ?
