OK, here's the reason I have been hesitant to re-new my membership:

As can be seen from the signature affixed to all of Joey's messages, he is
the "Owner" of the club.  I have an issue about paying membership dues to an
organization which the members do not own.

Joey - are there any plans to set-up a board of directors with elected
leadership, or is this going to be "your" club for the foreseeable future?
