That sounds like myself, driving through my apartment parking lot, 
transmitting with 100 watts PEP, triggers florescent lights during 
the daytime.. (Another reason why I seek another location to work 6M 
when the band is open.. A local CVS parking lot works just fine, no 
residences or tall buildings nearby.).

During the heavy t-storms in Houston the past several days, Ch 2 
reception has yielded ghost images, so I surmise 6m has been open, 
although due to street flooding, there is no way to get to my local 
site without flooding my pickup..
