Bruce,

Actually, I was the one who said NO ID, NO HAM, in
clear reference of the way they (Digiguys) are
operating, and yes, if somebody in 50.4 or other
frequency in the BW they are using is trying to
communicate, but it is impossible due to this,
"noise", and the "noise" operator knows there are
people operating in a designated call frequency. but
continues to operate regardless, it is malicious
interference. It is equivalent to jamming. It is the
same with repeaters. I have my coordinated frequency
and offset, and some guys were using my input
frequency for simplex. After I copied their IDs I
contacted them to inform they were using a coordinated
RPT input frequency, they said that I did not own the
band, so I reported them, and, they had to move,
period. The same is valid for all HAM bands. The
moment you do not show good faith and not respect
other people's rights, you are on collision course.

Anyway, according to information I read here, their
experimentation license is expired, so now is the time
to complain not to ARRL, but to FCC, so they don't get
another.

Now that the BW from 54 portion and up will be freed
due to HDTV, why has the ARRL not been lobbying to get
a couple more MHZs for six and accommodate these
digital modes?
