[SixClub] FEMA

[Richard J. Fiero II W5TFW]

I dont want to start anything on the reflector but I have been advised that 
in order to do emergency cooms at the OEP or OEC here in Louisiana one has 
to have these FEMA certifications. I am also advised that this is a Federal 
rule now.
