[SixClub] Boat Anchor Receivers

Thanks to all for the input on the old receivers. I think I have things 
handled for awhile now. I just picked up a FT-301d with a Ten Tec 1208 
transverter this evening. Receive is'nt the urgent problem it was. I'm 
still going to look receiver or a converter for the more vintage part of 
the shack. Now I have to work on a better antenna.
Anyone use the RME converters? I seen a few of them show up every once 
in awhile. Kinda like the look of them over the Ameco's.
