Let's try this with the intelligible version...

A scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder is
predicting a 30-50% more intense solar cycle than the last one.  She's also
predicting that it will start a year later than previously predicted.  She's
using a new model that has good results on historical data...how useful that
is we'll see over the next few years.  Details in the CNN article below:
