[SixClub] take off angles and grid squares

Thanks to all who gave me some new ideas for antennas and installations here in the high mountains.
   
  I was wondering about two more things:
   
  1. will signal "take off angle" be an issue for 6M or say 20M transmissions from this QTH or is it still the old "higher the better" rule that I have heard about seemingly forever?
   
  2   Also, is there a list so to speak of the rare or hard to get conus grid squares? For example this QTH is in DM76in...
