Hi David,
Thanks for the tip on 411, I will be sure to check it
out.
Nothing surprises me about these folks. They see us in
the west as basically rich, greedy and above all
stupid. You are right about the verbiage, sort of a
dead give away.
The idea of asking for a good faith advance is a grand
idea, I will have to give that a try. hihihi
In the end as we agreed, "know who you are dealing
with!"
