[SixClub] Six Club Needs help

This really shouldn't turn into a negative experience, after all it's
someone volunteering their time. I have been designing web sites and still
providing search engine services, pay-per-click, natural SEO etc etc for
years. Links are more standard on the left side, and generally that's where
people expect to see them. Avoiding JavaScript rollover links would be best,
use straight text links and keep everything very simple. Every search engine
is different in what it wants and expects of sites. If you keep it simple,
include good content, provide a good "Head" title and description you will
be fine. One of the biggest problems on our current site is a slow server
and bloated graphic file sizes.
If you use graphics or rollovers for links then make sure you have text only
links at the bottom of the page. Also, a site map will help provided you
have a paragraph at the top of the page that describes the club. The goal is
simple with the club, update the web site, have it load as quick as possible
and be a place for members to meet. It's not a business site or some other
expensive type web site, keep it simple... Best thing to do.

Obviously you don't know Search Engine Optimization. Engines read down the
left side of the page first. Arabic sites are on the right.
Research means nothing when you have to deal with real word applications.
If it's a site you want to get out into the engines, then keep it simple and
your links along the left. If you don't care about the engines, then do it
anyway you want.
