Yeah, CA (S CA especially) always does things differently.....Putting FM on
50.3 was a dumb idea IMHO...I would have gone 50.50 or 50.520 thus being
above the weaksignal and below the Packet/RTTY segment....anything below
50.4 is weak signal and FM is definitely NOT :)
