Ok, I see your point. NP4UG, a friend of mine, saw the
same kind of thing at a nun nursing home. They were
complaining that at night, they were hearing voices ,
and you know, some were kinda afraid. My friend work
with switchboards ( he did not installed that one,
lets be clear!) and he was on called to do some
programming. He did noticed the voices, so he checked
the PA wiring, found the problem and corrected it. The
voices were a local talk show that was aired late at
night. During the day, the place was so busy, that
nobody really payed attention!

Our code specifies the rod, but since it is deep in
the foundation, no one can really access it. All the
water pipes are PVC and the electrical wires run
through plastic pipes.

Yeah, I remember my first Heathkit, the TV color
bar/crosshatch generator. Cool!
