Sure, the simple one is to get two 1/2 inch copper tubes each 54 inches.
Plug them into a 1/2 inch PVC "T" connector.  Tap the coax center to one leg
and the shield to the other.  Coil the coax about ten turns of 6 inches and
run it to your radio.  Connect the open end of the "T" connector to a pole
and raise to your heart's delight.  Set over a rotator for a rotatable
dipole or point it in the general direction of your choice.

It is simple.  It works.
