Luckily, I've had no problems whatsoever with Paypal, and I use it quite
frequently. As with anyone or business that accepts credit cards, there is
the risk of a 'charge back' if a customer for some reason disputes the
charge(s) on their credit card. The simple answer for Paypal users/sellers
who don't want to risk this is to simply NOT accept credit card payments via
Paypal, but instead opt for DIRECT Paypal to Paypal fund transfers. And if
you're selling high-dollar stuff on eBay such as radios or amplifiers, allow
your buyers to use eBays 'Financing Available' option. That way, the BUYER
has to do the application, get approval, and you just sit back and collect
the funds. Oh wait a minute... we were talking about paying the 6-club dues
via Paypal... Nevermind.
