I sold some slat wall hat shelves to a fellow on Ebay, shipped them out, left 
feedback, everything was good.  He paid by Paypal.  Two months after the 
transaction, He reported a case of credit card fraud using his card.  Long story 
short, even though UPS delivered the product to his unconfirmed address and had 
a signature for the package, I ended up on the wrong end of that transaction, 
they reversed the charges so I was out the money and the product.  Paypal 
does have it's flaws.  I suppose it's fortunate that 99 percent of the 
transactions I've been involved in have gone well, but sadly it's that 1 percent that 
really gets the attention.
