I am sorry to have to report that Hank,  W5VAS is a SK,....... I was informed that he died Monday cause is unknown. Hank was a avid VHF'er and ran several beacons for yrs on several VHF bands. he was very active on 6 meters and will be missed by us all.  I dont know about his beacons as of yet but I hope that someone in Chalmette will step up and keep them running.
