That could be a good thing.Lets look at the positive side.Maybe all those who had no idea what their FD 
prefix was were either new hams or older hams trying to become more active.Just my opinion :)

I noticed some first time/newer operators that had no idea what their FD 
prefix was. I had to practically fight with one guy to get it.
