Hmm. Guess my previous post went only to W9FS. Didn't catch that. Oh
well.
For those interested in the story about mobile/portable operation in Rocky
Mountain National Park check out
http://www.voiceofidaho.org/modules.php?name=News
<http://www.voiceofidaho.org/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=8>
&file=article&sid=8 the story is there along with the link to my
pictures.
I'm about to leave again. Only for the day though. I'm only going up to
9-10,000 feet today at one of two mountains near here. Haven't decided how
far and which grid I want to activate. DN13, DN23 or DN24. probably going
to head for 24.
I'll be around 10,000 feet and operating on 6m primarily, using the 6m yagi
in the pictures. I'll also have a 6m rotateable dipole and for those
feeling adventurous I'll have a 2m rotatable dipole.
Mainly ssb but I'll listen for AM and even FM every so often.
73 and good luck
Zeb - KD7EVS
