    HI, 
     
      I had a neighbor onc near my mom's home who use
to be in CB radio years ago. And he mentioned once
that his first encounter with TVI/RFI was when he
installed a Antenna on the roof. He still didnt have
the Radio yet. 
      He mention that in 1 month time he had 25
complaints from lawn mower talking to radios in
peoples garage making noise<no tubes> to even having a
water tank full of water turn bad because of his
station.
       This was in the days prior to 23 channel radios
and when your license took 4 to 6 months to come back
from the FCC.
