I couldn't agree more and will say I feel the same.  I'd really appreciate a
more knowledgeable and highly qualified ham operator with legal background
to show me where in the USC/CFR "No Code Technician" is defined.  The
stereotyping of NO CODE TECH's and them being no better than CBers is
getting old.
