OK Ricardo - tnx for the info...yes my FT-817 supports FM...I'll try it
and see....usually I just sit on 50.125 and monitor...we had abt 1/2
inch of snow overnight - 73 Bruce.

Bruce, 
I have heard some wideband FM on 6 meters, around 50.220.  Turns out it
was the audio sub-carrier of a leaky cable TV channel.  If your 6M rig
supports it, try switching to FM on those signals.
