think i got it from mfj been a few years since i used it it did ok not
super but i had lots of ign noise that never cleared finally went to
the K0FF squalo thats listed on the site liked it lots better
probably a dipole and small support from pvc best bet
have expermented with a small 3 ele beam for 2 mtr fox hunt
with shorten elements does quite well
wound wire around some 1/2 pvc pipe with a tail for tuning for
each element and used an inductance match
total element length is about 14 inches
dont know how short you could make one for 6 though
in stead of 19 inches each side takes close to 29 inches wire wound
on the pvc but now i have a total tip to tip of 14 inches not 38 so
which was what i wanted was more compact beam
