Hi Bob
The RG-6 is 72 ohms but will match to a J-pole. Follow the same adjustment
procedure as 50 ohm cable until you get the lowest SWR.
Because of its size, I wouldn't go much over 50' to keep loses down.
I use RG-6 to a 6m J-pole and halo in the attic, and it works fine.
