[SignalOne] Speaker Wires

OK, it was the purple wire.
Why is it always the last wire you cut? Because you stop cutting when
you find it!

So - I connect the purple wire - originally the 8-ohm secondary - to the
output of my solid state amp.
The other purple wire - back to the transformer - gets connected also to
the output. The 8-ohm secondary
becomes and 8-ohm primary. The original primary winding - that went to
the old, fried amp - becomes a secondary, and goes to the antivox input
of the audio board. The other lead of that primary winding can go to
+15V - to keep the input electrolytic of the audio board healthy. Or,
it can go to ground, and I replace that input electrolytic ( just 1 uF )
with a mylar film or somesuch.

I think that the antivox phase has to be correct. Or it won't work.
