[SignalOne] Re 1030 signal one

I have a signal one 1030 transceiver and I'm trying to see if it has the 
A-25 Low Pass Filter for full transmit capability which was listed as an 
option in the price list for $495.00
My 1030 does transmit continuously from 1.6 to 30 mhz.
So does this mean that it is the MilSpec 1030 CM (commercial/Military) 
version which sold for an extra $1500 or did it only have the A-25 option 
installed?
I would like to know where this A-25 Low Pass Filter is supposed to be 
located in this transceiver as I don't see anything in the pictorials as to 
it's location?
