[SignalOne] Warning about Signal/One capacitors

Bill,

Your message followed on the heels of a couple of Mil-Spec 1030 
posts.  Were you referring to the 1030 concerning power supply 
capacitors or the CX7/CX11 radios?  Or, just Signal One radios in general?
